Ukraine is offering a full amnesty and five million rubles to Russian troops who are stocking up and capturing weapons. This was announced on Monday evening, February 28, by the Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov on Facebook.
“We offer Russian soldiers a choice: to die in an illegal war or a full amnesty and 5 million rubles in compensation. If they keep weapons and voluntarily build up captives,” the minister wrote.
According to him, the money to ensure this action is collected by “leaders of the global IT industry.” Reznikov, about whom the company did not specify.
During the four days of Russia’s war against Ukraine, more than 5.3 thousand people lost their military Russia killed and wounded. Hundreds were taken prisoner, the size of Reznikov.
Earlier on Monday, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine passed a resolution to comply with President Volodymyr Zelensky’s order to pay 100,000 hryvnias a month to the Ukrainian military, which is taking part in hostilities while the war with Russia continues.
