Ukraine: here are all the collection places in Caen and around to make donations

To deal with the humanitarian disaster generated by the ongoing conflict in Ukrainethe “Children of Ukraine” association, based in Mathieu, near Caen (Calvados), mobilizes to disinfect put on for the benefit of the Ukrainian population until Wednesday, March 2, 2022. Donations can be dropped off in Caen at string theaterfrom this Monday February 28 and until Wednesday March 2 from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m., as well as to Mathieu, at the association’s headquarters (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.).
Two municipalities are associated with this approach: they are the municipalities ofHerouville Saint Clair and of Grentheville. The Hérouville municipality also offers a place to collect donations, at the town hall, until Wednesday March 2, 2022, between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. It harvests the products mentioned above, with the exception of basic food products.
The municipality of Grentheville offers 1,000 euros of necessities
The commune of Grentheville harvests everything in town hall until Wednesday, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. She has also decided to offer the association basic necessities worth 1,000 euros, half of which are medicines.
The municipality wishes to participate in this mobilization. You have to lead by example, especially in this kind of situation. Our goal is to federate and meet this need
The harvest will continue even after in Grentheville, if people cannot get to the town hall before Wednesday evening. “We are going to store and we will get back in touch with the association or another because I think that there will be fairly regular things in terms of supply”.
The “Au Charbon” coworking spaces and workshops, based in Courseulles-sur-Mer, are also associated with the solidarity collection for Ukraine. The collection is carried out this Tuesday, March 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at 4 rue Emile Héroult in Courseulles sur Mer (courtyard side).
These data will be gathered Wednesday evening by the association, before taking the direction Thursday, March 3 of the Polish border in order to be transmitted to the Ukrainian population.
