The Information of San Marino, the editorial by Marino Cecchetti: “Fascicles and ‘epistolary mysteries'”
The Information of San Marino. Booklets and “epistolary mysteries”
MARINO CECCHETTI – Iro Belluzzi explained in the press conference the reasons why we left us for the Republic and joined Libera. Beside him Alessandro Rossi.
Rossi has chosen that his friend Iro in 2020 he resigned from the Justice Affairs Commission and the Plenary Judicial Council when he learned from the Court that he was under investigation as accused of having written an anonymous letter against a regent in office. Letter “strangely started at the turn of an important decision” in said bodies, Rossi said. Belluzzi, then, was cleared. It was found who physically posted the letter. But the trial, Belluzzi resigned, did not go ahead.
Another ‘epistolary mystery’ had Rossi as its protagonist in the singular role – ironically recalled by himself in the aforementioned press conference – of “judicial mediator“.
It happened when, requested by Claudio Podeschi (accused in the Conto Mazzini trial), Rossi delivered a letter to the Criminal Chancery for Judge Alberto Buriani and for the Chief Magistrate Valeria Pierfelici.
Reactions to Rossi? Buriani: he did not re-issue the writing worthy of an answer; Pierfelici: “pending the absence of any relationship with Alessandro Rossi, and due to the tenor of the declarations“Reported in the letter,”ah considered right open a criminal case to investigate the matter“; Stefano Pagliai legal defender of Podeschi: made it known that he would proceed “for the crime of slander against the sender of such defamatory reconstructions sent to the Court“.
We do not know the developments of these last two judicial proceedings either. We await the fallout on the – imminent? – appeal sentence of the Mazzini Account.
