Two of the four quarter-final series in the ICE Juniors League have already been completed. While EC Red Bull Salzburg and Hydro Fehérvár AV19 already qualified for the semifinals, the decision will follow in the other two pairings on Tuesday and Wednesday.

At the start of the quarter-final series, the Ice Hockey Academy in Styria put up a tough duel with Salzburg, the winner of the regular season. Salzburg only managed to equalize in the last section. It was not until the 67th minute that Marian Bauer made the decision for the Red Bulls. In the second meeting, Salzburg acted much more efficiently and with a 4:1 victory secured entry into the semi-finals.
EC-KAC – Team Croatia Select
Stand of the “Best-of-Three” series: 1:1
Team Croatia Select surprised EC-KAC at the start of the quarter-final series and won 3-1 in Klagenfurt. In the second quarter-final game, the Klagenfurt team then achieved a clear 6:0 revenge. The “Best-of-Three” series thus goes into a decisive game that will be played in Klagenfurt on Wednesday, March 2nd.
Vienna Capitals Silver – DVTK Jegesmedvek Academy
Stand of the “Best-of-Three” series: 1:1
After the Vienna Capitals confirmed their role as favorites with a 6:1 at the start of the quarter-final series, the DVTK Jegesmedvek Academy struck back 5:1 in their home game three days later. Already on Tuesday, March 1st, the series will enter the decisive third game in Vienna.
Hydro Fehérvár AV19 – Ujpesti Jegkorong Akademia
Final score of the best-of-three series: 2-0 for Fehérvár
In the all-Hungarian quarterfinals between Hydro Fehérvár AV19 and Ujpesti Jegkorong Akademia, the devils made things clear. A 3-0 win was followed by a 5-1 success for Fehérvár to secure their place as the second ICE Juniors League semi-finalist.
