According to ELAS, they were arrested during a coordinated police operation in Mandra, Ano Liosia, Athens and Nice, five members of the criminal organization and in particular four foreigners aged 18, 29, 34 and 37, as well as a 26-year-old Greek woman.
At the same time, a 29-year-old foreigner was identified as a member of the spiral, who was imprisoned in PRO.KE.KAA Amygdaleza.
It was formed at the expense of those arrested case file for gang formation, distinguished theft by profession, conspiracy and continuous and damage to foreign property in objects used for public benefit. According to the police investigation, the defendants did in deserted areas of Northeastern Attica, looking for substations of the electricity network, in order to remove cables and copper pipes and in some cases of the transformers.
The gang used two “Business” cars, with which he went in the afternoon and evening hours to various facilities. The foreigners, who were also the natural perpetrators of the thefts, then went to the outer fence of the facility and the violated with cutter.

Alongside, they were removing and other items from metalsof which they would secure profit. The woman, a member of the ring, was in charge of moving one of the business cars, near the main thoroughfares of the theft points, for the timely notification of the perpetrators in case they saw police.
