Who is Cristina Ramos: age, work and career
Cristina Ramos Pérez was born in Las Palmas, in the Canary Islands, on February 19, 1979. She graduated in singing at the Conservatorio Profesional de Música on the island of Gran Canaria and began working as a chorister: since 2006 she has been a regular with José Vélez and Braulio and collaborates with the chorus of the Filarmónica de Gran Canaria, and then also debuted in opera with the Zarzuela company. At the same time, however, she also sings in various Latin music, funk and rock bands. In 2016 she participates in the first edition of Got Talent España – the Hispanic equivalent of our Italia’s Got Talent – where she wins hands down thanks to the influence of such different genres. In 2018 she too won the seventh edition of La Voz, talent singing Casabella. She will then also take part in the “Champions” version of America’s Got Talent and Britain’s Got Talent, and she will be invited to the finals of World’s Got Talent. After coming third in the popular Spanish show Tu cara me suena – with imitations, among others, of Donna Summer, Whitney Houston and Céline Dion – in 2022 she decides to participate in Una voce per San Marino, the show that decides the representative of the little girl Repubblica at the Eurovision Song Contest, bringing his opera and rock to an Italian stage for the first time.
