According to this council, the ballot papers must arrive in the first days of March or there could be “disastrous consequences” in the electoral participation of “hundreds of thousands” of Portuguese.
The document, which was also sent to the Ministry of Internal Administration, Francisca Van Dunem, also indicates that the Council of Portuguese Communities (CCP) has been warning about the lack of information that is felt in emigration circles regarding electoral acts.

By announcing the decision to repeat the electoral act in the invalid assemblies in which the votes justified that those more from the 57,000th circle of Europe are to “influence the result”.
“Since the second effective counting of all valid votes was impossible, the acts were repeated, which must be considered valid only for the votes, if the constitutional acts provided for in article 119 of the repetition of the electoral acts are repeated, the foreseen in no. election for the Assembly of the Republic”, said the counselor judge.
