Telepizza opens five new stores in Portugal and wants to continue to grow in 2022 – Executive Digest
Telepizza announced this Thursday the opening of five more stores in the national territory. The chain now has 155 stores from the north to the south of the country, and wants to open at least five more stores in 2022.
Bragança, Olhão, Grândola, Sines and Alcanena are the cities that will host as new stores in the chain and that will create 62 new jobs to join the approximately 3,000 employees working in Portugal.
“We continue to fulfill our number plan and grow both in stores and in number of employees 202 in expansion for Portugal, we will certainly have an expansion objective for the expansion of Telepizza and as the person responsible for the strategy of opening more Telepizza stores in Portugal .
In the North, the Bragança store is located in Bairro da Estação and will reach six new locations. To the south, the Olhão store (Urbanização Marina Village) will serve the city and neighboring towns. In Grândola it will only work with takeaway and delivery services. In Sines, the store located in Alameda da Paz will serve the region and in Alcanena it will also work only for takeaway and delivery.
All new jobs created by Telepizza complete training in both store processes and road safety to ensure their safety.
