Portugal says EU should be cautiously lifting “in agreement with”

“However, I will never say never with this pandemic, so we must continue to be cautious, we must continue to look at the epidemiological situation in each Member State and we must continue to encourage citizens to be vaccinated, because we know that vaccines approved are safe and effective”, he stressed.
“For what’s to come, prepared,” said Stella Kyriakides.
