Kebab, Gianluca Vecchi’s Kebhouze chain opens in Genoa
The new store has been announced with a video-cover by De André
Rome, 7 Feb. (askanews) – In Milan and Rome it is already a reality in the world of fast food. After the announcements of the Piedmontese openings in Turin and Biella, the turn of the Ligurian capital comes: Kebhouze, the kebab chain of Gianluca Vacchi, will open in Genoa in March 2022 at the Mercato Corso Sardegna Shopping Center. Kebhouze announced the new opening in Genoa by publishing a video on social media in which the mascot Keb plays a cover of Via del Campo by Fabrizio De André on the piano: a tribute to Genoa and the music of the Genoese singer-songwriter.
“There is no kebab food brand in the world like Kebhouze, it will be an experience of the new one – declares Gianluca Vacchi regarding the choice to undertake this entrepreneurial adventure. “There is a problem of distrust towards kebabs. I had it too. After tasting kebab for the first time in my life at our food tests, I realized that in reality there is no simpler dish than this: piadina, meat and some condiments of your choice. Obviously, I requested that every ingredient and raw material used be of the highest quality “.
“Gianluca Vacchi grasped the potential behind the idea that we proposed to him in an instant” declares Oliver Zon – one of the young partners of Kebhouze – “it is a pleasure to work with him because he has an American-style entrepreneurial vision, of great disruption and deep trust in our operational team: two fundamental characteristics to allow us to work to the maximum of our possibilities without wasting time “.
