Hogrefe Norway is looking for a project manager / test development manager in Oslo
Hogrefe, Norway, part of Hogrefe Sweden, is undergoing an exciting development with the establishment of a local team with responsibility for test development and sales in the Norwegian market. This is a unique opportunity to help shape test development in Norway. The office is located in Oscars Gate behind the castle.
About the position
All test development takes place in collaboration with internal and external partners. The test manager will be responsible for project-based adaptation and development of tests for the Norwegian brand. Test development is a key task in the organization, and together with the Branch Manager, the test manager is responsible for realizing the plans for test development in the short and long term. The test manager must be a motivator who contributes to a good collaboration with internal and external partners and ensures that the milestones in the test development plan are reached.

Tasks
Project management
- Compliance with international standards and ethical guidelines for test development
- Project management / project ownership for the various test development projects from planning to publication
- Ensure efficient and appropriate use of resources in a test development project
- Perform tasks such as data cleaning, statistical processing of data and presentation of results in manuals (if necessary)
- Participate in translation, piloting, standardization and standardization work
- Proofreading and editing of manuals and test materials
Strategic work
- Contribute to developing a long-term strategy for test development in the Norwegian market
Administrative tasks
- Administrative functions related to the position e.g. quarterly and annual reporting
- Customer service related to testing and test development
- Other pending tasks in the organization
Your profile
Competence
- Authorized clinical psychologist, master of psychology or doctorate in psychology
- Solid competence in psychometry and / or statistics and methods
- Test competence or experience with test development / adaptation of test
- Strong written language skills in Norwegian and English
- Formal or informal project manager experience and competence
- Knowledge of the Norwegian test market
- At least 5 years experience from relevant work
