CodyTrip arrives in Pisa, a virtual journey to the origins of the internet of the universe
February 8 and 9 lands in Pisa CodyTrip, a virtual excursion dedicated to science and technology aimed in particular at schools, which already has more than 20,000 members from 600 different cities. There is until February 8 to join the initiative for free by registering for the initiative online form. Participants will be able to connect from any device through the guide Spider web Active app viewer.
The initiative is organized to celebrate the Safer Internet Day, a day dedicated to the safe and conscious use of the web. This Pisan leg of the virtual tour will bring the Codytrippers to know some of the symbolic places of the Italian digital revolution thanks to the many scheduled appointments.
The participants will in fact be able to meet Luciano Azzarelli and Graziano Bertini, technician of the CEP, the Electronic Calculator Pisana, e Luciano Lenzini, who conceived and directed the project that linked Italy to Internet. They will visit the exhibition Hello World! in the company of Fabio Gadducci and find out how domain name registration works by visiting the Registry.it, at the CNR (National Research Council). They will also be able to help Alessandro Bogliolo a get out of CodyMaze, the coding labyrinth installed in the Domus Comeliana, and visit some of the main museums and cultural sites of the city.
The tour also stops atthe European gravitational observatory (EGO) of Cascina, in the company of researchers of international collaboration Virgin, protagonist of the revelation of gravitational waves.
