“EN 2 starts in Chaves and ends in Faro, how will Portugal be seen from this road that runs from North to South, from end to end, from top to bottom, from head to toe? This was the question that crossed my mind when, in January 2014, I was driving through it, between Peso da Régua and Vila Real. The answer came that same year, a photographic survey that resulted in a book, which is the basis of this exhibition”, reveals Nuno Furet, highlighting that “without leaving the road, they are simple photographs, notes of details that are photographs that should be made the trip reveals, hoping to awaken in the reader/visitor the taste, more than just looking, enjoying, in this way, a country that will metamorphose itself every kilometer, every hundred meters, around every bend, in front of the your eyes. In this exhibition there will be no more text. It is up to the visitor to take just one more step and start the journey at the taste and rhythm of their sensitivity”.
