Martin Demichelis’ team beat the Austrians 4-0 in a friendly
The Bayern amateurs were able to convince in a short-term test match against FC Wacker Innsbruck. On Wednesday afternoon, Martin Demichelis’ boys easily defeated the Austrian second division team 4-0. The Tyroleans separated from lion legend Daniel Bierofka in the fall. By the way, the new coach also comes from Germany. Michael Oenning has recently been at work in the Inn Valley. The 56-year-old has already coached 1. FC Nürnberg, among others.

After the 2-0 defeat in a friendly against SSV Ulm 1846 last Friday, the record champions’ professional reserve has improved significantly. The Bayern amateurs were wide awake from the start. Emilian Metu netted in the fourth minute and thus ensured a lightning start on the campus on Ingolstädter Straße. The runners-up in the Regionalliga Bayern then had the Austrians firmly under control, Lucas Copado (31st) and Armindo Sieb (34th) followed up with a double strike until the break and screwed the interim result to 3-0. Jonas Kehl came into play immediately after half-time. Born in Lower Bavaria, he was last loaned to SSV Ulm 1846. However, the loan ended early and Kehl is now back in the state capital. The 20-year-old defensive specialist could almost have celebrated a fantastic debut at his new, old club, but his low shot didn’t find its way into the net. The Bayern amateurs still had the game under control. Not much came from the Innsbruckers, dangerous actions by FC Wacker remained scarce. Fifteen minutes before the end, the hosts picked up the tempo again – and then it rattled again: Jahn Herrmann passed the ball ideally to Jamie Lawrence, who had little trouble and converted it to make it 4-0 (75th).
