Tony Hadley publishes his memoirs
He is Anthony Patrick Hadleybut for everyone “Tony Hadley” front man of one of the hottest bands in the 80s Spandau balletleading musical group of the so-called movement New romantic. The formation, which remained unchanged until 2017, was made up of the brothers Gary (guitarist, keyboardist and composer of almost all the songs of the group) e Martin Kemp (bass player), Steve Norman (saxophone and sometimes percussion)John Keeble (battery) e Tony Hadley (voice and front-man of the group). To these elements was added the keyboardist Toby Chapman, session player in almost all the works of the group, but never accredited as an official member of the same.
Now Tony is about to publish, it will be out in April “My life in pictures” a book of photographs, all from his private and personal collection that tell his entire career. They start from the first youth school band up to the great success that Tony had as a singer of Spandau ballet, between light and dark. Hadley in this book also reveals numerous personal anecdotesthat is, it seasoned everything with its well-known irony. The singer said in an interview “I am so excited to share this photographic journey along the avenue of memory, an exclusive and total access to my whole life, seen from a magnifying glass”declared the artist.
“Having celebrated over forty years in the industry of the show made me think of all the great experiences that I have lived. As the memories came back, I picked up my photo albums and enjoyed looking at the things in pictures that told such great events, that I decided to show them. There music is my passion and I am aware of be lucky to have had such a successful career, doing what I love.
