Requirements for information, notification of consumer packaging of goods, availability of documents confirming their safety, as well as requirements for publication at the level of nicotine content will be established.
Nicotine-containing products, fillers, including nicotine-free ones, are included in the Unified List of Products, to which the mandatory requirements of the Customs Combination apply. However, the technical regulations for these products have not been adopted in Armenia.
