The Department of Vaucluse is reinstalling its social services
North of these lands, 3,500 m2 approximately of land owned at Citadis will host three projects: a collective building of 30 housing units built by the developer Urbat ; a municipal public park with the development of trees more than a hundred years old; and finally a soft way. Citadis will link Avenue Saint Jean to Route de Monfavet via the future public park. This road will lead to the new MDHP.
Citadis has commissioned a design study which will end in the first quarter of 2022. The first work will begin in the second half of the year. These developments bring a lung of greenery close to the ramparts, in this district today for the part occupied by the old hangars of the Souvet cycles, soon to be destroyed.
