The dispute over pollutant measurement on the Salzburg A1 is entering the next round
The administrative court has again overturned a ruling by the regional administrative court.

Harald Rieder has been questioning the measurement of air pollutants through the country for years. The neighbor of the Westautobahn (A1) in Liefering therefore applied to the authorities for a measurement that meets the criteria of the EU directive, which, in his opinion, has not been the case so far. “We have now had two proceedings. And the decisions of the State Administrative Court (LVwG) have both been overturned in the best possible way,” says Rieder’s lawyer Gerhard Lebitsch.
