I thank the former vice president of the Province Mirco Muratori who immediately believed in our project, the councilor Roberta Frisoni and the president of the Province Riziero Santi who accompanied us throughout the journey. We were inspired by Prato, where the first Palazzo delle Professioni was born in Italy and today we can be proud to have Il Palazzo delle Professioni in our territory as well, which is the place to house the individual offices of all the Orders of Architects. , Surveyors, Engineers, Industrial Experts, with common spaces to be dedicated to refresher courses, computer rooms and co-working spaces. In fact, it represents the first structure in our Region capable of centralizing the services of Professionals for the citizens of our province in a single place “.
The building occupies the first floor of the former seat of the presidency of the Province of Rimini, spread over a floor of over 1,000.00 square meters, with several rooms and common areas for meetings and training events as well as a branch event room at the former headquarters Surveyors. “The project is shared and was far-sighted – declared the President of the Province Riziero Santi – It is in fact a project that if it hadn’t started years ago, it would have had to think about today. In the current situation, professions play a fundamental role in the system. We are experiencing a time of great changes that acquire skills and professional contribution to the work of the institutions. We have anticipated what is happening and I am very proud. The hope is that other orders will also find a place here ”.
The Palazzo delle Professioni is now the new home for the over 3,000 members of the 4 Rimini Professional Orders but with the future aim of hosting other Professional Orders in the near future. “This project is in harmony with the city that is transforming itself through widespread forms of innovation, sustainability and cooperation – added Roberta Frisoni, Councilor for Urban Planning, Territory Planning, Private Construction and Urban Regeneration of the Municipality of Rimini – It is in perfect in line with today’s views of Rimini, a technique where to keep and the seat of Culture, the most advanced views of architecture and therefore of the ‘form’ of a city, making it a message and aesthetic and functional teaching The hope is to continue to have an ever-increasing collaboration squeezed between the professions and the administration to ensure that the whole territory is generated and regenerated especially in this phase in which the responses to everyday life must be contextual to the need for the strategies of the future to be protagonists and competitive in a changing world. The current scenario presents us with enormous challenges, which we must grasp in their most positive sense: to raise the widespread level of quality, because beauty and profit cannot be the prerogative of a few but, like democracy, the common good “.
