Summary of the campaign “Lesser Poland without smog” 2021
From November 12 to December 20 in “Małopolska smog” as part of their work, they are coordinated by Radio Krakow and Polish Smog. Targ (from November 24 to midnight on December 6) and in Krynica-Zdrój and Piwniczna-Zdrój (from December 7 to 20).

It is worth considering that the whole year should be 35. The average hourly and daily average treatment in Nowy Targ is higher than the costs associated with the period for Czarny Dunajec or for Krakow. The final stage of the action “Lesser Poland without smog” for air quality measurement in health resorts in Lesser Poland: Krynica-Zdrój and Piwniczna-Zdrój. For 11 days of measurements introduced in the localities, the daily standard was exceeded twice in Piwniczna – Zdrój – on 14 and 15 December. In Krynica-Zdrój, the daily norm will not be exceeded within the tested period.
The graphs of mean-hour and average daily concentrations for Krynica-Zdrój and Piwniczna-Zdrój are listed below. Maximum hourly average value for a change of location 49 µg / m²3 in Krynica-Zdrój (December 15, average from 00: 00-01: 00) and 116 µg / m3 in Piwniczna – Zdrój (December 14, average for the period 16: 00-17: 00). Average for all measurements in Krynica-Zdrój: 19 µg / m3, in Piwniczna-Zdrój: 31 µg / m3. Stage III – Average for all measurements in Krynica-Zdrój: 19 µg / m3, in Piwniczna – Zdrój: 31 µg / m3, in Krakow 52 µg / m3.
The highest operating procedures were applied in the afternoon and at night. It is caused by the introduction of obsolete boilers, stoves and fireplaces for fuel (coal and wood). There were times when they removed PM10 dust in municipalities where measurements were supposed to apply, maximum 100 µg / m3which has a limit above which the quality of the quality is too bad and harmful to health.

The results of the tests carried out as part of the “Małopolska without smog” campaign are made available, we can conduct surveys that the problem with heated emission in the evenings, when you gain access to learning in your furnaces. In communities where measurements have been made, the rate of boiler replacement is too slow.
In Targ 2020, only boilers were replaced in 163 Building in Nowyiec, Czarny Dunaj in 20 Nowe in Krynica, 58, and in Piwniczna-Zdrój in 15 Center. 2
Thanks to the ongoing activities carried out under the Initiative “600 days for Clean Air”, the rate of replacement of boilers in the communes of “Krakow obwarzanek” is monitored every 3 months. The obtained data show that the number of installations submitted in subsidy programs. Approximately 1,200 in Czernichów by the end of the year, and over 500 in Mogilany, which should be replaced by the end of 2022. In the first half of 2021, 20 and 15 heating vessels were replaced, respectively, and 98 superimposed boilers were installed in Czernich 81 in Mogilany.
