MINSK, Dec 20 – Sputnik. The list of citizens who are subject to self-isolation in connection with the coronavirus has been clarified; the corresponding resolution of the Council of the Republic No. 727 of December 17 was published on the National Legal Internet Portal.
The document will amend the regulations of April 8, 2020 No. 208 “On the introduction of restrictive measures” and of October 30 last year No. 624 “On measures to prevent the spread of an infectious disease.”
In particular, it is stipulated that citizens of Belarus, foreigners and stateless persons who have been diagnosed with COVID-19 infection are subject to self-isolation.
The requirement for self-isolation of certain categories of Belarusians, foreigners and stateless persons has been excluded.
However, citizens who received requirements to comply with the rules of self-isolation before the entry into force of Resolution No. 727 are required to serve it.
The document came into force after its official publication.
What specific changes have taken place in the order of self-isolation is not yet known, as the text of the new resolution of the Council of Ministers is not yet in the public domain.
