Morelli Tech wins the 20th New Ideas New Businesses of Romagna and San Marino

AND Morelli Tech, with this innovative proposal, the startup made up of Bolognese boys who won the 20th edition of New Ideas New Businesses, awarded by the jury of the business plan competition with the prize of 10,000 euros and the various benefits provided. The organizers of Nuove Idee Nuove Imprese say this in a note.
Second place for BathBact, another group of very young Bolognese boys, the Cesena team of I do not study.
“The level of business ideas continues to rise – he said Maurizio Focchi, president of the New Ideas New Businesses Association – and they range into new sectors. Identifying the best is increasingly complicated, but I wish all participants a successful future “.
In its twenty-year history, the event has welcomed 4,107 participants and 1,468 business ideas, generates 105 companies and awarded 613 thousand euros in prizes.
The award ceremony for the 2021 edition took place at the Teatro degli Atti in Rimini during an event organized in collaboration with Common factor, preceded by a talk show hosted by Diego De Simone, with the participation of Giampaolo Cimatti (Head of Engineering & Innovation of Tozzi Green) e Francesco Amati (general manager of the Asa Group).
They had reached the final 14 projects, summary of 99 participants, who in front of the public described their business idea to compete for prize money of 20,000 euros and the various benefits.
1st PRIZE: MORELLI TECH
It is a deep tech startup that wants to support the car, providing driving information directly, projecting it onto the road thanks to artificial reality and artificial intelligence. The team currently consists of 9 people, mostly university students between 21 and 26 years old.

Morelli Tech provides solutions based on augmented reality projection technologies for the automotive sector, supporting the driver in the prevention of traffic accidents and distractions, improving the driving experience and developing next generation entertainment systems in future self-driving vehicles. The AR-HUD system will allow the driver to focus solely on driving, providing the necessary information across the entire windshield, dynamically adapting to the road and environment. The technology will expand the use of seated HUDs for a better entertainment experience and also allow occupants of future vehicles to autonomously drive, providing information and suggestions on surrounding places of interest.
2nd PLACE: BATHBACT
BathBact offers the market a new generation of portable toilets, with zero impact and on a natural bacterial process. The BathBact team is made up of several university students, all between 20 and 25 years old.
The technology will make it possible to replace the caustics and fragrances used in bathrooms with a totally safe cocktail of microbes, which does the job done up to now by chemicals.
3rd PLACE: NOT STUDY
Experiencing the little involvement of students in the school environment, Non Studio sensed that the videogame tool can be a solution to put students back at the center of the learning experience. NonStudio therefore aims to teach in a fun and engaging way, thanks to the development of educational and innovative video games, making the user the true protagonist of every experience. The team is made up of girls and boys between 20 and 22 years old.
