The BIM Tour stops at ESITC Caen

The BIM Tour 2022, which is part of the BIM 2022 Plan, stops at ESITC Caen on Friday December 10 in Epron (14). Its objective is to share digital experiences and practices in public works.
The BIM Tour 2022 is organized with the support of professional organizations from Normandy representing the sector (FFB, CAPEB, UNTEC, Pôle Habitat, ESITC Caen and Réseau BIM normand). The Superior School of Construction Works Engineers will host the Normandy stage of the BIM Tour 2022 on Friday December 10. More than 200 Norman building and construction professionals will be waiting for this event.
Two feedback from projects carried out in BIM will be deciphered by the actors who intervene during the design and construction phases: project owners, architects, technical design offices, structural company, economists, heating and ventilation companies. , air conditioning and structural works.
The first dedicated example studied will come back to the new construction of a set of 21 HQE pavilions for seniors in Sassetôt.
The case of renovating the headquarters of the Calvados department in Caen will allow us to understand the added value of BIM for the client: reduction of hazards, better respect of deadlines, control of management-operation-maintenance.
Four thematic workshops will allow participants to work in sub-groups. The chosen themes are:
– BIM from A to Z, workshop for non-BIM specialists who are wondering about its adoption.
– The role of project management
– BIM, a new collaborative culture
– How can BIM be used for individuals?
