After a night session that lasted until the early hours of the morning, today’s parliamentary work resumed in Palazzo Pubblico from the examination of the amendments to the decree law n. 188 which extends the anti-Covid measures currently in force and, therefore, the obligation of a San Marino certification for access to all indoor premises open to the public within which it is not possible to guarantee controls for correct use of personal protective equipment, a continuous distance or seats for all those present: game rooms, bowling alleys, dance halls, premises where a party or events and the like are organized, access to events, sports, shows, entertainment events, parties and events that include dancing, collective or individual contact sports, circuit views where the mixed use of equipment is envisaged.
The text from article 5, the heart of the provision, was examined, which confirms the obligation to possess the San Marino Digital Covid Certificate (or alternatively the anti-Covid Vaccination Card, an antibody certificate and again, a certificate with a negative result in a rapid or molecular antigen swab test) to access the activities and premises considered more risky until January 14th.
Mirco Dolcini (Tomorrow-Motus Free) explained in the Chamber the meaning of his own amendment order and of that in sub: “At the moment it does not seem appropriate to proceed with sanctions, in addition to those already existing, on the basis of these numbers of hospitalizations and intensive care”. On the contrary in the decree “Was inserted on bowling, then dance halls and arcades, we do not think it necessary to avoid entering these places without a Green Pass when at bowling and arcades you just need to wear masks, while in the ballrooms it is different only if there are dances “. For the alternative amendment it was added that the certification obligation does not apply to shopping centers. The two amendments were both rejected.
