Lisbon’s new wineries to buy (and drink) dozens of wines

Furniture, tables, chairs, cabinets and pictures. For a long time it was this setting that he found inside number 44 Rua D. Pedro V, in Príncipe Real, in Lisbon. In a few months, the vast majority of these works came out to enter shelves and numbers of wine bottles. The old antique shop became a wine cellar with the right to a refrigerated safe for relics.
It is called the Imperial Garrafeira. The brand has existed for five years in Lisbon. There was a store on Rua do Alecrim, between Cais do Sodré and Chiado. This year it moved to a larger space. The stones are separated by wine regions, by years and by price indication. There are also areas dedicated to rosés, international wines and spirits. And even a section for organic wines.
This is just one of the wineries that have opened in Lisbon in recent months. Most of them are spaces where you can buy bottles of various styles and regions. In other cases, joins are still a tasting component. The wines are served by glasses and accompanied with cheese and sausage boards.
The 111 Vinhos is a case case. The project already had stores near Marquês de Pombal and in Cascais. At the end of the summer, another one arrived in Lisbon, in the Chiado area. It works as a wine cellar and a space for catering with various snacks.
If you usually pass through Campo de Ourique, you may have already noticed that there is a new place to fill the pantry with wine. Garrafeira dos Amigos was inaugurated by three partners and big drink fans.
