Altai sea buckthorn will be grown in Belarus
Over 11 thousand seedlings from the nursery of the Krasnogorsk region were sent to the Malorita region of the Brest region.
Before loading, the specialists checked the seedlings for the presence of pests. As a result, the products were recognized as safe for shipment to the union state.
Samples of planting material have been successfully tested in a quarantine phytosanitary state in the Altai testing laboratory. Experts confirmed that there were no quarantine facilities in them, phytosanitary certificates were issued, and the seedlings safely drove to the Republic of Belarus in a truck.

Until the end of the week, a car with a valuable cargo will arrive at its destination. The time for planting sea buckthorn is optimal, since Belarus has a rather mild climate and shrubs should easily take root. This is the first large consignment of sea buckthorn seedlings sent for export this year from the Altai Territory. Previously, the shrub was purchased in Kazakhstan, Mongolia and even in France.
