Exotic international cuisine has been growing in popularity in this country in recent decades. The opening of numerous specialized grocery stores has enabled the people of Reykjavík to further experiment in the kitchen at home and have a fondness for Asian, Turkish and Polish cuisine. Rásar 2’s news programme, Ísland i today, visited a number of these shops and interviewed their owners. You can watch the episode below.
