The site will be launched this Wednesday, November 24, at 9 am, in the presence of Jean-Luc Moudenc, the mayor of Toulouse and president of the Metropolis and Carole Delga, the president of the Occitanie Region. The building is intended to become “a living place that promotes the establishment of new structures and cooperation between actors of the Social and Solidarity Economy (SSE) in a Priority District of the City”, summarizes the promoters of the project, Etic – Fundamentally Responsible and Fertile imaginations.

“Building the economic models of tomorrow”

This new third-place, called Le Fil, aims to “have high social and environmental performance”. Located 15 minutes from the city center, it offers a space of 2,300 m², to “virtuous structures of various sizes selected for their ability to innovate socially and build the economic models of tomorrow”. Offices and a coworking space will be made available for companies in social innovation, the cultural sector and those with innovative projects; an event space and forecourt to organize and host professional and associative events and neighborhood events; artisanal activities and a solidarity workshop open to different audiences and structures in the neighborhood … We must add 1,500 m² of gardens and green spaces which also provide many activity spaces. Delivery is scheduled for the end of 2022.
