Debrecen – In the case of local governments, the mayor may decide to prescribe the vaccination for his employees.
As reported, Gergely Gulyás, Prime Minister, announced that a mask should be worn on public transport from 1 November. This will be enforced by the state as an employer, and in the case of municipalities, the mayor may decide to prescribe the vaccination.
The minister said the aim of the measures was to get as many people as possible vaccinated.
In connection with today’s announcement by Gergely Gulyás, the local government of Debrecen informed us that it is waiting for the publication of the relevant decree in the Hungarian Gazette. You will then make a decision on whether to make vaccination mandatory. The decision will be communicated first to the employees and then to the public.
