And, within the scope of the meeting, scheduled for November 29, analysis of the orientation of this orientation with regard to cities, mobility and industrial solutions, revealed today the agency Efe.

The 3rd Vice President and Ministry of Ecological Transition of the Spanish government, Teresa Ribera, will travel to the Portuguese capital, announced today, during a brief meeting with journalists, during the 32nd Luso-Spanish Summit taking place in Trujillo (Spain).

Ribera, who took a break from the agenda of meetings and meetings included in this bilateral meeting, said that both countries are working on energy issues, a “fundamental” issue for both countries.

In the context of the transformation of the energy system, Spain and Portugal have “a very important common agenda associated with new energy solutions”, from efficiency and renewable energies, including hydrogen, to electric mobility, a field that includes batteries, chargers and hydro generators .

“We can do a lot together as we have common options,” he added.

The official also stressed the need to face “tasks” on both sides of the border, such as housing, connectivity, services and specific development plans.

Other internal aspects of the summit are related to those who live in border areas and who live together and daily seek services and employment in cities, towns and areas.

Asked about the political situation in Portugal after the rejection of the Portuguese Government’s political proposal, which paves the way for previous anticipated legislatives, Ribeira expressed her confidence that there will be “a constructive and positive solution for the Portuguese people”.
