MUĞLA – The 23rd edition of the Universities Yaşar Sevim Beach Handball Turkey match in Muğla’s Köyceğiz district has come to an end this year.
With the cooperation of Köyceğiz Municipality and the Turkish University Sports Federation, with the support of the Köyceğiz District Governor’s Office, the final competitions of the organizing competitions were held at Delta Beach.
At the end of tough struggles, Anadolu University reached the championship. Muğla University took the second place and Trakya University took the second place.
In men, Özyeğin University became the champion. Dumlupınar University took the second place and Marmara University got the second place.
The cups and medallions of the teams that will come in the championship were given by the Koycegiz District Governor Mustafa Maslak, the Mayor Kamil Ceylan, the President of the Turkish Handball Federation Uğur Kılıç, the Deputy President of the Turkish University Sports Federation Serdar Eler and the protocol.
Kılıç congratulated the team for the organization in his speeches during the presentation.
Stating that the championship showed many competitions, Kılıç thanked the institutions and organizations that were assigned to the organization.
Özyeğin University’s team captain, Tunca, said that they had a pleasant meeting.
