Chairpersons of the Council of the Republic and the Federation Council Natalya Kochanova and Valentina Matviyenko are meeting today with the heads of state authorities of the regions of Belarus and subjects of the Russian Federation.
“I am sincerely glad to welcome you to the Belarusian land in the wonderful city of Grodno. First of all, I want to thank you for responding to our invitation and taking part in the IX Forum of Regions and Russia. And, of course, our cooperation today is going on in absolutely all areas and it has reached an absolutely new level,” said Natalya Kochanova.
Largely due to the work that the president is doing for our countries, our directives, our departments, regions and parliamentarians, the speaker noted. “An additional incentive in our committee was the signing of 28 programs at the Supreme State Council of the Union of States,” she added.
Next, a plenary session “The role of interregional cooperation in deepening the integration processes of the Union of States” will be held with the participation of representatives of ministries and departments, state authorities, and organizations, representatives of the united circles of enterprises and organizations of Belarus.-0-
