VADUZ – Within three days, three other people who die in Liechtenstein tested positive for the corona virus. According to the statistics from the Office of Statistics, an additional infection was recorded on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

The cumulative number of cases since the beginning of the pandemic now amounts to 3450 laboratory-confirmed infections.
The Statistical Office did not provide information on the number of people who have already survived the infection, the deceased or the current hospitalized people on Sundays – as is usual on public holidays and weekends.
As of Thursday, two people from Liechtenstein were hospitalized for Covid-19.
An average of 1.3 new cases per day
Over the past seven days, an average of 1.3 new cases were reported per day.
The extrapolated 14-day incidence, which is calculated for international comparisons, is 90 cases. That means, in the last 14 days, 90 people are extrapolated to 100,000 inhabitants.
The 7-day incidence per 100,000 population has fallen to 23.
