“Ciao Italia” is a cyclical free meeting of culinary events to serve the HoReCa industry. They were taken on a journey from the north to the south of Italy. Agnieszka Kuś, a culinary guide, talked about the diversity of sunny Italian cuisine. In turn, Giancarlo Russo, chef, restaurateur and authority in the field of Italian cuisine, will analyze the division on the ingredients of the dishes. The show dishes were prepared by Rafał Zaręba, Chef of the Academy of Inspiration and Cezary Pyła, Chef of MAKRO.

During the meeting, the participants were to visit 5 culinary stops, where they tried hot and warm snacks, soups, main dishes and dessert prepared by the chefs. Among the dishes served, you can not miss seafood, veal escalopes or risotto, characteristic of Italian cuisine. This event was also possible for wine pairing.
Paweł Koperek, HoReCa Customer Manager at MAKRO Polska in Poznań – the first day of the new Ciao Italia series – emphasized that Italian cuisine has been indicated as the main one by Poles for years.
