THE University of Debrecen (DE) joined the CARPE (Consortium for Applied Research and Professional Education) international consortium in May 2015, which is Europe’s leading applied sciences universities (Hamburg University of Applied Sciences, Turku University of Applied Sciences, University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, Polytechnic University of Valencia , as well as the Polytechnic Institute of Porto and the University of the West of Scotland) are members of – let him know the institution in its statement on Wednesday.
The purpose of the cooperation is to operate a network that creates an opportunity for international exchange of experience, the launch of joint research and training programs, and promotes the exchange of students and instructors between institutions.

The delegation led by Vice-Chancellor Juhani Soini also visited the relevant faculties, thus gaining personal experience of the infrastructure of the various institutes, they also got to know the activities of the DE Science Directorate, the Center for Research Utilization and Technology Transfer, and the International Office.
