it’s a scam – Corriere di Siena
A Siena they multiply reports of people contact by phone from a reality that passes itself off as Stra Power. The company comments: “The severity of this is relevant: first because they pose as who they are not, secondly for the falsehood they tell customers in order to get them to sign a new contract with an elusive, as non-existent, our affiliate, which would save them well 46%compared to the fact that only 4 managers for each single province would have been authorised to apply these discounts. According to them, Estra would have been excluded from the new tariff piano and therefore, to facilitate his customers, he would rely on this of his pseudo-affiliate. Customers are therefore invited to book the maximum attention to offers relating to methane and energy. Also remember that you can withdraw from a contract, even if it has already been signedwithout any expense”.
Estra continues: “Behaviours of this kind have already happened sanctioned by numerous Italian courts and we reserve the right to proceed legally. There is a deontology which governs sales relations: this is Arera’s code of commercial conduct, which all operators are obliged to observe without distinction. Furthermore, Estra has equipped itself with a self-regulatory protocolsigned with the consumer associations, which reports the modality for signing contracts door to door or telephones“.
