Lyon: discovering film professions during the holidays
From Monday February 6 to Friday February 10, the Lyon schools ESMA and CinéCréatis are organizing a session of discovery courses in the audiovisual and cinema professions.
Completely free and reserved for people under 25, these sessions propose to introduce the participants to the different audiovisual and cinema practices. It will thus be possible to learn the theory, attend real lessons and use the schools’ state-of-the-art equipment.
The different steps
– 3D animation and special effects (from Monday February 6 to Friday February 10, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.): Introduction to academic drawing and discovery of the production process of a 3D animated film. Drawing, modeling, lighting and animation will result from this. A presentation of the different stages of the production chain of an animated film will also be on the program.

– Audiovisual cinema (Monday 6 – Friday 10 February, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. / Monday 13 – Friday 17 February, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.): Production of a mini short film. Introduction to screenplay, directing, lighting workshop, shooting, sound, filming and editing.

The stages will take place at Campus Lyonnais (2 cours Bayard, in the 2nd arrondissement of Lyon).
