Football – Hanover – “Too quick-tempered”: Schlaudraff regrets dealing with 96 boss Kind – Sport
Hanover (AP) – Ex-soccer player Jan Schlaudraff regrets dealing with majority shareholder Martin Kind from Hannover 96 during his time as sports director. “But I also have to blame myself for being too short-tempered towards my boss. Martin Kind was my boss, I was too upset about some things,” the 39-year-old told the “kicker” (Monday). “It was a mistake, I wasn’t entitled to it, I wouldn’t do it like that today,” he added.
Today, however, he has no grudge against the child. The connection to 96 and Hanover “where my children were born, where we live as a family has not changed”. He keeps his fingers crossed for the club.
Between July 2019 and January 2020, Schlaudraff was 96 sports director. He is currently working in Austria as sports director for the second division club SKN St. Pölten. As a professional, he played 186 Bundesliga games for Alemannia Aachen, Hannover 96 and Bayern Munich, among others.
In Austria, he has the feeling that he can “learn the job from scratch, in an environment that doesn’t have the same public perception and pressure as in Hanover” https://news.google.com/__i/rss /rd/articles/.”It’s a completely different world, but a very exciting one,” he added.
