Under normal circumstances, detainees are transported via a police vehicle and interrogated at a police station. “The police had bowed to Paludan’s demand and brought the person back to the site of the demonstration, which means allowing a person involved in a crime and an act of violence,” said Karan, who added that Paludan ordered Montes to live. stream the burning of the Koran. Karan said police initially told him an officer would reach out to him to ask questions about the case before he went ahead with a prosecutor. Karan said on the day of the incident that police apologized to him after releasing Montes and said the far-right leader, who was given legal protection for his demonstration, would not get out of his vehicle.
