Air Force transports three-year-old child between Portugal and Spain
The Air Force transported, this Sunday, between Portugal and Spain, a three-year-old child who needed “differentiated hospital care.
In a statement, the Air Force explains that the child was transported by a C-295M and “accompanying the mission was a team from the Aeromedical Evacuations Nucleus”.

“A three-year-old child, who found herself in need of differentiated hospital care, was transported yesterday by a C-295M between Portugal and Spain. Accompanying the mission was a team from the Air Force Aeromedical Evacuations Nucleus”, reads the note.
In the first 15 days of January, the Air Force provided direct assistance to 29 people.
“Between air medical transport, ship rescues and transport of organs for transplantation, there were a total of 25 missions to support the population”, says the balance sheet.
