This is a restaurant that can pride itself on working in an ultra-short circuit. The Buffet du Grand Marché, located in the heart of the large MIN market in Toulouseis based on the products sold by the producers who works in the “belly of Toulouse”.
From 6 o’clock in the morning
This is the group The family in the spotlight, already owner of the Bistroquet or Burger à la Une, which owns this brand. The places welcome MIN workers every day from 6 a.m. for sweet or savory breakfasts.
At noon, the restaurant passes trendy sideboard. The proximity of suppliers makes it possible to offer new recipes every day. On the menu, for example: homemade terrine, snout salad, oysters, foie gras and even homemade desserts.
Buffet and dish formula
“Vegetables and fruit, meat, cheese, seafood, wine, coffee and tea… All of the products used on our buffet come from our friends at the Grand Marché Min”, explain the owners of the Grand Buffet.
The lunch formula with buffet of starters or dessert and main course of your choice is 25 euros. 29 euros for the buffet formula starter and dessert and dish of your choice. A premium formula at 39 euros gives access to a noble buffet.
Practical information :
The Grand Marché buffet is open for lunch 7 days a week and on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 7 p.m.
