NS, MIS and NpR-PS Councilors towards a new unitary political entity: close collaboration agreement
In the video the interviews with Gian Nicola Berti, NpR Group Leader and Rossano Fabbri, MIS.
Join forces: We of San Marino, Movimento Ideal Socialisti and Councilors of the NPR – PS group, Alessandro Mancini and Giacomo Simoncini (absent for health reasons) formalize a cooperation agreement, within the perimeter of the Noi per la Repubblica list, aimed at creating a new political project open, inclusive, guaranteeing, inspired by liberal-democratic values and reformism, “to better interpret – underlines Mancini – the needs of citizens and above all of the younger generations”.
A collaboration agreementtherefore, not an alternative to the current majority framework, but in the perspective, common among the stakeholders, to support: the new path started on justice; innovation; the job; cultural promotion; care for the environment; the claim of San Marino identity in the process of greater integration with Europe. Not a jolt for GianNicola Berti, parent company NpR, “but the result of a process that began some time ago, an evolution in terms of future elections”.
The role of the MIS is consolidated thus entering the majority: Rossano Fabbri now in the mixed minority group he could soon formalize his positioning in the mixed group alongside Denise Bronzetti who left NPR and has already joined the movement. “In the opposition – recalls Fabbri – we always have content privileged, as in the support given to the reform on crucial issues such as justice”.
“It’s true, I left NpR – he recalls Denise Bronzetti – for important reasons of a political nature but for those who accused me there was very little that was political”. However, he confirms that he has always considered the draft of the list is valid, capable of holding together forces of different origins, because they are united by the objective of giving answers to problems. “And to me – he is keen to reiterate – it really interests me dare a perspective to the country”.
It remains to understand now what will be the effects immediate of this passage in the political balance with the other components, Psd-Md first of all, with which – be sure though – “it’s not a split, you want open maintain comparison”.
Rather the situation in the Socialist Party is complicated: Mancini and Simoncini to date remain within the party but they will not participate in the General Assembly of tomorrow’s members: at the basis of the decision, political and methodological reasons put in black and white in a letter that they hope will be read during the meeting.
