Lawyers: elections in Naples, here are the independent candidates – Campania

White, unit to get out of the storm. Cute, autonomous by nature

(ANSA) – NAPLES, 28 JAN – Among the independent candidates for the electoral candidacy for the Council of the Bar Association of Naples – scheduled from 30 January to 4 February next – the names of the former president of the Foro Maurizio Bianco and of the current director Giovanni Carini.

For Bianco “When the boat becomes unmanageable, there is no time for useless quarrels between who wants to be captain and who has to row. We must all get out of the storm together. My boat is the Neapolitan Advocacy, we need to find unity again which made us recognized as the most important legal profession. That community of intent with the judiciary must be strengthened in order to guide a change that has the real defense of rights and the recognition of our constitutional function at the center of the process. My candidacy, individual and without a list, it wants to be an indication of who is willing to work together with others and before others to recover the authority that Neapolitan lawyers have always had”.

Giovanni Carini, councilor, treasurer of the regional Coa Union and president of the Chamber of Arbitration delegated to the civil sector, motivated the choice to run alone “not for a reason of independence nor political, it is simply a decision of autonomy more suited to my nature, respectful of the institution with which politics has very little to do, in short, a decision of the heart”.

Donatella Giardino, Gennaro De Falco, Luca Panico, Alfredo Affaitati, Hylde De Benedetta, Rosaria Elefante, Teofilo Migliaccio, Antonio Santonastasio, Gianluca Alaia, Salvatore Rotondo, Ugo Catizone, Pierluigi Alberti, Nello Caserta, Nicolangelo Sessa, Marcello Lombardi also run as independents and Francesco Annunziata.
