Ball like Brno: Nela Boudová in crisis, Partyšová with her partner
The doors of the Vaňkovka Gallery opened at seven o’clock in the evening. Miroslav Šimůnek he took his partner out, his female colleague also accompanied him Nela Boudova. They also took a photo as a trio. And where was Jan Tuna, Nela’s partner? “He’s celebrating in Prague, he’s not dancing. We are in a bit of a crisis, but I believe we will improve,” admitted Boudová in a live broadcast for Blesk.cz.
“I am very happy that Mr. Petr Pavel won, that is a great reason for joy and dancing. I thought I’d dance my shoes off!’ added Nela excitedly in response to the result of the presidential election. On the other hand, Šimůnek and his partner, for whom the ball was partly a work matter, decided to remain apolitical. Several candidates reportedly wanted their support, but they refused.
Nikol Švantnerová came in pink, even though she is carrying a child under her heart. She was accompanied by her partner. “But we’re not the kind to pose and show off unnecessarily,” she stated that she would continue to save him. “The boyfriend doesn’t want to and I respect that.” I also agree with the election, in the sense that she is happy and voted for the general. “We’ll see if I can last or I’ll be like Cinderella at the hotel until midnight.”
Ladislav Špaček and his wife also arrived. “Of course we will dance. But I’m a lousy dancer, clumsy,” Ladislav revealed. His wife revealed that she already knows him from dancing, so she can confirm it.
Gabriela Partyšová came in a Zuzana Lešák Černé gown, but she is still going to change into a dress from the bridal salon. They also exchange jewelry. “I will present two jewels and fight another dress.” She also came with a partner, after which she realized that it was their first time in public. “I think we made the right choice, but only time will tell,” she commented on the election.
The singer Kate Mátl was preparing in a hurry, because she came back from Germany and her little daughter was a little sick. Nevertheless, she chose, according to her words, the best dress. She came with her partner and another gentleman. “We are all friends.” She, too, is said to have voted for General Pavel. “We’re all going to get some rest. It was a challenging time for everyone, the winner and the loser.” she commented.
Invitation to dance
He also arrived Laffita Ottomans, which was also present at the last year’s Ball as Brno. He wore royal green, of course his own design. And he came with his partner. But he said that he would not dance with Osmany. “I don’t like it! I’m conservative, I’ll dance with you!’ said Guy to our editor Markéta. Laffita then promised her the same.
“I have to say that I don’t vote and I don’t get involved in politics. But that person has dignity, nobility, he will represent the Czech Republic well. I hope I’m not mistaken,” he told the Ottomans about Peter Pavlov. The guy revealed that he was looking forward to the food the most. “I can barely fit my jacket,” he was joking.
Bad dancers?
Peter Janda he arrived with a briefcase for a performance. “I’ll leave him here today” his wife Alice joked, as if she had thrown him out of the house. And he immediately returned it to her when he was surprised at how expensive the jewelry she was wearing.
And will they dance? “I’m not good at it. We’re going to go on a rampage,” promised Janda. “Will have to,” added Alice, but it’s no secret that her husband can’t dance very well, so she’s always making fun of him.
Not even fighter Jiří Procházka spoke highly of his talent for dancing. “I dance when I drink.” And will it come to that? “Maybe I’ll give two toasts to our new president,” Jiří admitted that he was satisfied. He also introduced his new acquaintance. “Friend Kristýna, I don’t brag about those things.” She also didn’t want to comment on how long they’ve been together.
Opera singer Andrea Tögel Kalivodováwho was accompanied by her husband, brought out a gown by Natali Ruden. “The dress comes straight from the Castle,” she admitted. He says he dances well, but prefers without shoes.
Participation was already announced in advance by Táňa Kuchařová, who participates in every year. And it’s also a job opportunity for her. She is accompanied by Tomáš Arsov. “A friend, a business partner, just someone.” He let it be known that he would protect her from adverse influences. And Táni’s enthusiasm for the election results was also evident. “I am very happy that it turned out that way. I was in his staff in the afternoon, I think Moravia will celebrate a lot.”
“It’s been every year so far that I’ve been one of the last to leave,” she said, adding that it might happen again this year. She is also pleased that on Instagram she is once again Kuchařová, not Brzobohatá. As for the dissolution of the church marriage with her husband Ondřej, it is still in the process. “I’d hate to spoil my evening with that,” but she said clearly.
Among the guests were also Táňa Kovaříková and her husband and others. Right at the beginning of the event, the Czech national anthem was played in the hall.
800 oysters and a waiter for every table
As usual, he is the host of the evening Libor Bouček. Tomáš Klus, Michal Hrůza and Olympic will take turns on the stage, who will delight the guests with musical inserts. Otherwise, classical music will also be played so that dances such as the waltz or the polka can be danced.
Guests are treated to a lavish buffet, including a snail and oyster bar, with 800 oysters of five different varieties available. Also a grill station, cheese bar and other options to enjoy. Wine, prosecco, etc. are available to drink. In addition, each table has its own waiter, so no one will miss anything.
