Your main tasks:
+ Correspondence
+ Responses to inquiries
+ Appointment coordination
+ by telephone and e.g. T. personal contact with the members
+ Preparation of meetings
+ Processing and control of accounts
+ Payment transactions / dunning
+ Data acquisition (in Excel)
+ various administrative agendas
+ Taking care of trips outside the home (e.g. bank)
Your qualification:
+ solid education (ideally high school diploma)
+ Professional experience e.g. B. from the areas of secretariat, processing, administration, etc.
+ good IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
+ very good spelling skills
+ Advantage: (basic) knowledge of accounting
