that’s it, you can request an exemption online
For only a few days, the ZFE Pass form has been online on the Toulouse Métropole website. It allows vehicles expelled from this area since January 1, 2023 (Crit’air 4, 5 and unclassified vignettes) to drive there 52 days a year.
The Low Emission Zone encompasses all of Toulouse within the ring road, a small part of Colomiers and Tournefeuille, i.e. a perimeter of 72 km2. The objective is to reduce pollution within this very limited area.
Who can benefit from this exemption 52 days/year?
- all individuals and professionals, regardless of their place of residence
- all types of vehicles (cars, trucks, light commercial vehicles, two-wheelers)
- for occasional trips without having to specify a reason for using the vehicle
How and where to apply for the ZFE Pass?
The first step to take on the Toulouse Métropole website
is to create, if you do not already have one, a MonToulouse account.
When applying for the first Pass, you will need to register your license plate – the copy (scan, photo) of the registration certificate will be requested – then select the day(s) requested.
For the following requests, it will suffice to modify the request already created by adding the desired days. You should not create one request per day requested on the platform.
The request must be made no later than the day before the day of travel . It can be canceled and modified up to the day before.
And then you receive a QR code
A price confirmation in account of the request, with a QR code, will be sent to you by email. In case of control, it will serve as proof to present to the police.
At last, in the event of parking, this proof must be placed prominently on the dashboard of the vehicle.
