Climate activists block the street in Cologne – two drivers make short work of it
At a protest by climate adhesive on Aachener Strasse in Cologne, two drivers became violent.
Cologne – Climate activists of the “last generation” on Friday (January 20) on a main thoroughfare in Cologne stuck. It took the police about an hour and a half to get rid of two glued activists and clear the street. Three others just sat on the road and were not taped. Before the police arrived, two drivers independently tried to pull the activists off the road, reports 24RHEIN.

Activists stick themselves on the street and cause traffic jams in Cologne
The protest action had led to an expected traffic jam, said a police spokesman. Aachener Strasse is one of the main thoroughfares in Cologne.
