What did Sparta show against Nuremberg? Kairinen looks promising, Haraslín is in decent form
Prague Sparta has completed the general training for the spring part of the 2022/23 league season. Second-league German Nürnberg beat at home in Letná after merit 3:1, Čvančara, Haraslín and Wiesner took care of the goal.
Sparta did not look bad at all in the preparation. First they beat Bundesliga Stuttgart, then they lost to Salzburg, but they made a good impression.
The last preparatory match was played at Letná, where they invited second-division Nürnberg. Although the performance was a little more tired compared to those in Spain, which could also be due to the weather, she managed to win without any problems.
Already in the fourth minute, he hit Čvančar after Kairinen’s corner kick, and four minutes later he ran after a bad defensive tackle by the guest to goalkeeper Haraslín and confidently converted.
Nuremberg reduced the game after half an hour from Daferner, but at the very end of the half, Sparta Wiesner restored the two-goal lead. How did individual players perform?
Kovář will also be in the spring, but he did his part at times and although his legs were not listening to the first one during the passing game, he did not make a mistake and was not afraid to try some tricks.
This time too, we see three stoppers, with the exception of the goals conceded, they could seem relatively certain. Panák, however, has no clear conscience when it comes to scoring.
This time, Wiesner performed better among the full-backs, although he is still not quite the same going forward. The best player of the match – Kairinen – reigned in the midfield.
Still a young Finn, he is confident on the ball, has a quality passing game and can speed up the game quite effectively compared to his competitors in the lineup.
On the other hand, Krejčí was not quite in his own skin, but thanks to his long absence it is understandable. The trio of Haraslín – Kuchta – Čvančara worked in front, and two of them were able to get through with a goal.
Haraslín even scored in the seventh consecutive game, including twice against Žilina. If he stays healthy, he can be a leader in the spring.
Čvančara looked better than Kuchta, who seemed rather unhappy. When the ball has already reached him, he somehow fails to get into a shooting situation, or he fails to process it.
In the second half, Laci came on the field and also showed some quality, but he messed up quite often and will definitely not have a certain foundation. It is also worth mentioning Mabil, who will threaten even from standard situations, Jankto, who played well in the preparation, failed in the tutovka.
The fans were also the topic of the match. While we won’t see Sparta’s cauldron at Letná probably for the rest of the season, the guests came in really large numbers and cheered persistently despite the unfavorable result.
On the other hand, the Spartans tried from time to time to cheer up their teammates, but as soon as the cheering is not controlled, it does not have much of a chance to take over.
The biggest response was the ball game, which started in the second half of the first half and got really bad in the middle, when the ball caught everyone who showed up near the stands, including mascots, lawn workers and security guards.
However, there were a few limiters who tried to hit players. Such a Mabil really didn’t understand at the corner kick when several balls landed on him.
