Russia and Turkey are preparing to launch several projects in different environments. According to him, more than 20 investment projects are already being implemented in Turkmenistan with the attraction of investments in the amount of $3.5 billion. Now there will be more of them. For example, shipbuilding companies from Tatarstan and St. Petersburg are already teaching how to build two ferries of one and a dry cargo ship for Turkmenistan. Reshetnikov added that Russia has an interest in attracting investments from Turkmenistan.
