The self-proclaimed president of Belarus, Oleksandr Lukashenko, at a meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in Minsk, said that Ukraine pleasantly surprised him, which is why he does not engage in any provocations against Belarus, although the West seems to be “actively encouraging” it to do so.

“But what surprises me and pleasantly surprises me is that Ukraine is training, does not make any provocations against Belarus, although it is actively pushed by our Western neighbors, you know who,” the Belarusian dictator made an unexpected compliment.
